Returns
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Please note:
Order cancellations are only accepted within 10 minutes of placing the order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us may not be eligible for a refund.

All returned items must be shipped to our distribution center in Asia.

Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned product.
Once we receive and approve the return, the gift credit will be sent to you by email or mail.
